Sunday, May 6, 2007 -- Citizen Canine presents the 4th annual Everybody and Their Dog WALK in Beaver Lake Park near Elk Lake Drive

We will host a CGN Fun Test between 11:30 and 1PM. We welcome you and your wellbehaved dog to try the Canine Good Neighbour Program course.

The CGN Fun Test is a great opportunity to become familiar with practical application of basic dog obedience commands and the situations you will find yourself in should you decide to take an official CKC Canine Good Neighbour Program test. We encourage dog owners to participate; this is a wonderful opportunity to talk doggie behaviour with a CGN Fun Test evaluator and to invite insights to better the understanding you have with your dog. And this program is offered for fun and for free!

The Everybody and Their Dog WALK event is Citizen Canine's annual spring celebration. Booths open at 10:00, the walk begins at 11:00 with agility and trick training demos, and prize draws to follow. Enter to win a two day getaway sponsored by our good friends at Accent Inns.
JackFM will be there to MC and we'll have a variety of booths and demos. Hot dog sales are by donation with proceeds going to GVAC. Of special interest this year is the emergency preparedness pet ID clinic since May 6th marks the beginning of Emergency Preparedness Week.

Click here for a map. See you there.

It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time there for Misty, Koda and me. We did the walk twice...............I went in the lake to rescue Misty from the weeds....................did the CGN test with both dogs and they both passed! Koda actually did better than Misty!

Fun,, fun fun.......we'll be there next year.........
